Advantages
The Powder Metal process permits zero draft which eliminates the need to perform finish machining operations or to compromise the design.
It is especially well suited for components requiring excellent finishes, close production tolerances, irregular shapes and blind holes.
Gears, pulleys, bearings, cams, sprockets, levers, fasteners, mounting brackets and soft magnetics, are some of the components using the advantages of Powder Metallurgy.
